I had convention on August 17 and August 18, so I had to get my long run of 16.1 miles in during the week. I was actually very surprised that I was able to do that, and was able to stay awake pretty much all day.
But I only got 32.3 miles for that week, and only 4 days of running so I still wasn't up where I needed or wanted to be.
I was definitely putting more focus on my running weight lifting, though.
