2019 IMM Training - Week 15

Obviously my training hasn't been consistent, week 14 only saw 15.7 miles and week 15 only saw 22.6 miles, but I was slowly getting back up there.
I only got in 3 days of running, and 1.4 miles of hiking.
I finally put together my weight bench which gives me the ability to do more strength training at home when I can't make it to the gym (which is a lot).
