I only ran 15.7 miles this week, but enjoyed myself. Some of these pics were the day we headed to French Lick, which was Sunday July 28. I am showing pics of Mittens because she disappeared August 17th, and I miss her very much. I had finished up my 15 miler and was trying to put my hydration pack away, but she had decided it was a great bed.
I got into fitness a little over 13 years ago, at first I just wanted to lose 20-25 lbs so I began strength training & then quickly followed it with running. Shortly after, I started running & since then I've ran hundreds of 5k's, 10k's, 15k's, 13.1 and 26.2 mile races and still maintain my strength training. My hope is to help others discover a love for fitness, finding a lifetime commitment to a healthy lifestyle they can grow with.

2019 IMM Training - Week 14
This week was also like 6 weeks ago so it's not fresh in my memory, we went to French Lick, Indiana that week and enjoyed a cabin out in the wilderness. I kept up with some running but not a lot, the drive from our cabin to the road was difficult and hilly but even worse on the way back up it.
