The new plan - Sundays/Tuesdays/Thursdays I'll go to the gym for multiple muscle groups, then either rollerblade 10-13 miles or after dropping my son off at school, I'll go run the loop at Audubon, building up from one loop to 3 or 4 loops.
Mondays and Fridays will be easy 5-7 mile runs, and Wednesdays will be my mid-week long run.
Saturdays will be my long runs, and layer in training I'll occasionally substitute the Sunday weight lifting for another (few miles shorter) long run for back to back weekends.
